Common questions about this service
Why go through a consultant for something banks offer directly?
The role here is to coordinate enquiries and introductions with potentially relevant lenders from a wider network, rather than limiting the enquiry to a single branch. Lender selection, eligibility, approval, pricing and final loan terms remain entirely with the respective lender.
Is there a fee for this service?
Where a lender pays a referral fee, the arrangement is subject to the lender's terms. Any fee payable by the applicant should be clearly disclosed and agreed before the service proceeds.
Can I get a better rate through you than walking into a branch?
There is no guaranteed rate or financial benefit. Interest rates and loan terms are determined by the lender based on its own policies and assessment of the applicant and property.
What if my income or documentation is non-standard?
Different lenders apply different eligibility and documentation requirements. Enquiries can be coordinated with potentially relevant lenders, but acceptance of the income profile and the final lending decision remain with the respective lender.
Have a home-loan requirement?
Provide the basic income and property details and we can understand the situation and the information available for further consideration.
