Independent finance and business consultancy for situations that may need a different route
Abhinav Finance Consultant is an independent finance and business consultancy based in Vadodara, working pan-India. We help prospective clients with financing, business transactions and related professional requirements that may not fit a conventional or standard route.
Our role is to understand the requirement, coordinate the enquiry and, where appropriate, connect prospective clients with relevant banks, NBFCs, lenders, investors, business counterparties and qualified professional advisers. We do not replace the independent assessment of those institutions or professionals.
Coordination across banks, NBFCs, investors and professional advisers
Each enquiry is reviewed privately, to understand the particular requirement before considering potentially relevant introductions. Depending on the case, this may involve:
- Banks and Housing Finance Companies
- NBFCs and other financing institutions
- Lenders or other permitted capital providers
- Prospective investors
- Business buyers and sellers
- Franchisors or licensors
- Chartered accountants and company-secretarial professionals
- Legal and other qualified professional advisers
Our areas of work include stressed-asset and NPA-related support, disputed and distressed-property transactions, structured and project-finance enquiries, private-capital and business-investment introductions, corporate structuring and coordination with qualified professionals, business buy/sell and acquisition support, and home loans, balance transfers and loan-against-property enquiries — see the full list on our homepage.
AFC does not itself lend money, sanction loans, disburse funds, make investment decisions, determine legal or regulatory eligibility, provide legal or tax opinions, or guarantee a financing or investment outcome.
From initial review to independent institutional decision
Each enquiry begins with an initial review of the relevant requirement. Where appropriate, the case questionnaire collects information about the applicant or business, the purpose of the requirement, financial circumstances, property or business information and supporting documents.
We review the information to understand the enquiry and determine whether a potentially relevant introduction may be appropriate. If you choose to proceed with an introduction, relevant information may be shared with the selected counterparty or professional adviser for the purpose of evaluating the enquiry.
Submitting a questionnaire does not guarantee that an introduction will be made, that a lender or investor will accept the case, or that a transaction will proceed.
Four steps, then an independent decision
Understanding the enquiry
Reviewing the basic circumstances and requirements provided by the prospective client.
Potential introductions
Identifying potentially relevant counterparties or professional contacts from our available network, where appropriate.
Coordinating communication
Helping the parties communicate during the initial enquiry and information-exchange stage.
Independent decision
The lender, investor, buyer, seller, franchisor or professional adviser independently decides whether to proceed and on what terms.
Pan-India, with local coordination where needed
Our finance and business consultancy services are available on a pan-India basis, subject to the nature of the requirement and availability of relevant counterparties or professionals.
Property-related matters may involve local legal, revenue, registration, society or other requirements. For property matters, we coordinate with relevant local professionals where appropriate. Legal title, documentation, valuation and regulatory matters are independently assessed by the relevant qualified professionals and authorities.
