How the Enquiry and Introduction Process Works

From submitting a questionnaire to a possible introduction — a straightforward look at each step, and what it doesn't promise.

Step one: reviewing the relevant service page

Each service page explains the nature of that service, the type of requirement it covers, and the information normally needed for an initial case review. Reading this first helps establish whether a particular route is likely to be relevant before any information is submitted.

Step two: completing the case questionnaire

The questionnaire collects basic information about the requirement — financial details, property or business information, and supporting documents where relevant. No PAN, Aadhaar, OTP, password or banking login is requested at this initial stage. Providing complete and accurate information helps the review happen efficiently.

Step three: review for completeness

The information submitted is reviewed to understand the enquiry and check it's complete enough to consider. This step doesn't involve making any lending, investment or transaction decision — it's purely about understanding the requirement and identifying whether a potentially relevant introduction may be appropriate.

Step four: a possible introduction

Where appropriate, an introduction is arranged to a relevant institution, investor, buyer, seller or professional. That party then conducts its own independent evaluation of the case, applying its own policies, due diligence and assessment criteria.

What this process does not guarantee

Submitting a questionnaire doesn't guarantee that an introduction will be made, that a lender will approve financing, that an investor will invest, or that any transaction will be completed. It's a structured starting point, not a commitment from any party — the relevant institution or counterparty makes its own final decision.

A practical starting point

Treating the questionnaire as an honest, complete description of the actual requirement — the quality of that first submission tends to shape how efficiently everything that follows moves along.
